Overview: This Webinar will cover the basics of permanent residence sponsorship, including the different permanent residence categories. It will also provide guidance on developing a competitive sponsorship policy aimed at attracting and retaining highly skilled workers.

Why should you attend: With technically skilled employees in extremely high demand, it is critical that organizations have policies and procedures in place for sponsoring H-1B and L-1 employees for permanent residence. Such a policy will ensure that H-1B and L-1 employees may continue to work for your organization indefinitely, and will preclude H-1B and L-1 employees from leaving to find an employer with a sponsorship policy already in place.

Areas Covered in the Session:
  • PERM Process
  • EB-1A, B and C
  • Features of a competitive permanent residence sponsorship policy

Who Will Benefit:
  • HR Executives
  • HR Managers
  • HR Specialists
  • In-House Employment Counsel
