We will discuss then how that vision and goal is translated to a specific department and how it impacts decision making. We will look at ability to build an environment that supports and encourages creativity and collaboration by encouraging the understanding of a shared environment and the responsibility of each member to the whole. We will identify the importance of making the right recruiting and hiring decisions and of being clear about expectations for the work and the skill required. We will discuss and share case studies about how the change in focus to from managing an individual to managing the environment creates a new dynamic within a work group. We will focus on why this important change in perspective and focus is necessary for sustainability in business and to the efforts of the US to insure a sustainable future with new solid financial and business leadership perspectives.
