Overview:

Millennials are the largest generation in the workforce, and their presence is only going to keep growing.

When combined with the move of the Baby Boomers into retirement, these developments bring to the fore the issue of workforce leadership in this changing working environment.

Millennials will inevitably be called on to take up leadership positions in the workplace and to make this transition as seamless as possible you need to start preparing this generation for leadership now. But just like you have to adopt new approaches to keep Millennials engaged at work, you also need to move away from traditional leadership paths and implement systems tailored to producing effective and confident Millennial leaders.

This webinar will provide best practice on how to prepare Millennials for leadership.

Why should you Attend: Baby Boomers are the 2nd largest generations in the workforce with the largest percentage occupancy of leadership roles.

By 2020 Millennials will be 50% of the workforce, so the question is are you ready for Millennials being your boss? When you think about the word millennials, many still think of college students, lazy and entitled inexperience generation. Whatever your thoughts are about millennials doesn't matter because they could be your next boss.
