Toluse Francis is a trained mental health practitioner and Life Coach, with a track record of aiding people to move on from negative past experiences and focusing on their future with enthusiasm. Toluse is a volunteer with a number of organizations such as Mentally Aware Nigeria Initiative (MANI) as a volunteer Counsellor, Solid Foundation Teens and Youth Ministry to mention a few. He has been invited to both radio and television programs to offer his professional views on mental health and has spoken and taught both locally and internationally as well as offering his service as a therapist. He is highly committed to helping people leave their past and focus on their future.

In 2017, he began the Mind and Health Community as a Facebook group which helps address mental health issues in the society. In 2017, He was the awarded the Health Writer of the Year by the Nigerian Writers Award. He is an author with three books published to his credit.

Toluse organizes ‘Breaking the Habit Code’ focused on helping people understand and deal with habits and addiction. His focus areas are Grief and Loss (Trauma), Depression, Habits and Addiction. Toluse has featured at various platforms such as speaker at the MTN Foundation Project ASAP Roundtable Conference in Lagos, Mental Health Discussion at the British Deputy High Commissioner’s Residence, YALI Network He is an associate Facilitator of Bond System by Resurged Mind Company where he teaches Habits and Addiction to Coaches, Counsellors and Therapist. He is also a regular trainer at Break the Frame and Fear Resolve both hosted events by Audacity2Lead Company where he teaches on Dysfunctional psychological habits and attitudes. He is a member of the World Federation for Mental Health
