Overview:

Extended DiSC is a self-assessment that measures how an individual prefers to interact with others. It creates a common language and a self-awareness to better understand ourselves and others.

Your ability to effectively relate, communicate, influence and motivate others is a crucial skill in creating successful relationships with customers, prospects, colleagues, subordinates, managers, friends and family members.

With some people you are able to communicate effortlessly as the communication just flows. However, with other people it may take more effort. The outcomes of a difficult interaction can result in losing a sale, frustrating a customer, demotivating an employee or angering a friend.

The Extended DiSC assessment report and self-development workshop will provide you with a map to increase your effectiveness in successful interactions with others.

The online DiSC questionnaire takes only 10 minutes to complete. After completion, you will get to keep the comprehensive assessment report that is generated for future reference. The results are invaluable and will support you in all areas of your life.

Why should you Attend: Our success in life and in business is significantly determined by how effectively we communicate and interact with other people. Learning how to relate, communicate, influence and motivate others are crucial skills in creating successful and lasting relationships with customers, prospects, co-workers, managers, employees and not to mention our friends and family members.

Do you want to communicate with others effectively? Do you want to understand and strengthen your strength areas? Do you want to understand and strengthen your challenge areas? How would your life change if you could adapt your communication style to match the person you are speaking to? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, the Extended DiSC assessment is a tool that you will want to use.

I knew I was a slave to that voice inside of me. It did not have a name, but it had power. I knew that I was limiting myself because of how that voice inside of my head was causing me to be defensive, to take everything person, to fear what others think of me, to have to be right and perfect. What I also knew was that there was a better way to manage that voice and speak to it…but I didn’t know what to say or do. And then I met Coach Jen Slay during the Slay Your Inner Bully course. She was not only down to earth and extremely helpful but because of this course I learned to be more self-aware. To pay more attention to how I respond to people and understand where others are coming from. To not take everything personal. To not care so much about what others think. I’m a work in progress, but I now have a script to guide me daily now and all of the amazing course material to refer back to so that if that inner bully rears its ugly head, I know how to put it in its place. Thank you, Jen, for being a part of my life and for helping me and so many others to start separating fact from fiction and seeing how great they really are. We all matter we all have something of value to contribute to this world. And because of this course I am more and more comfortable with shining my light. Thank you Shirley Brooks – Participant & Social Media Strategist.
