Dennis Brager

Dennis Brager is a nationally known tax litigation attorney, who handles all types of tax litigation and tax controversy matters. Before founding the Brager Tax Law Group, a Los Angeles-based tax litigation and tax controversy law firm, he was a senior trial attorney for the Internal Revenue Service's Office of Chief Counsel. In addition to representing the IRS in court, he advised the Service on complex civil and criminal tax issues.

Dennis has been named as a Super Lawyer in the field of Tax Litigation every year since 2006 and he holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell and a "superb" rating from Avvo.

Dennis’ presentations have been well received at national conferences, including the American Bar Association, the Consumer Rights Litigation Conference and the National Association of Enrolled Agents. He regularly speaks at national, regional and state conferences. He also taught at the Golden Gate University's Masters in Taxation Program and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California on many occasions.

Having worked for the IRS, Dennis has valuable insight into the inner workings of the Service.
